Welcome to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality's (TCEQ) Advanced Review for Compliance History (ARCH) sign-up page.

On September 1st, the TCEQ will calculate Compliance History ratings and determine Compliance History classifications for all entities applicable to 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 60. Following the completion of this process, up to five authorized representatives for each Customer Number (CN) will be allowed to review the compliance history information related to the CN for 30 days prior to it being made available to the public.

To register as a CN's authorized representative for reviewing the compliance history information during the 30-day review period, please complete the fields below. Once the compliance history information is available to review, an email will be sent mid-September to your email address with instructions on how to access the information.

To request access for the Compliance History review:
1. Enter the CN number of the Customer. Search for Central Registry Customers
2. Click Validate.
3. The name of the Customer will be displayed below. Please verify that the customer data is correct.
